ACA Webinar: Net Neutrality, Title II Reclassification and You – Getting Ready for Compliance

The FCC’s February Net Neutrality and Title II Reclassification Order will take effect on June 12th, absent a stay by the courts, subjecting broadband Internet access service to Title II common carrier regulation for the first time.

CM partner and net neutrality guru Barbara Esbin will speak on the webinar, focusing on Title II compliance implications for broadband ISPs, both in the short and long term.

2015 Minnesota Telecom Alliance Annual Convention
